The largest sauna and spa chain in Vietnam, Golden Lotus, owned by Healing World, was proposed to be acquired by Coteccons Group. Our client considered the proposal after negotiating the Term sheet and SHA to come to a decision not to cooperate. This is the suitable decision in the spirit of not always saying “yes” so as not to lose the core elements that our client needs to hold in the deal.
